Best Terea Shop – Return & Refund Policy

At Best Terea Shop, we maintain strict quality control standards. Due to the nature of electronic smoking devices and consumable products, all returns are governed under strict conditions to ensure product safety, hygiene, and authenticity.

1. Return Window (Strict Policy)

All return requests must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) from the confirmed delivery time.

Requests submitted after this period will be automatically declined without exception.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted under the following cases:

  • Product received is physically damaged during delivery
  • Device is defective or non-functional upon first use
  • Incorrect product delivered (wrong item, variant, or flavor)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used devices
  • Consumables including Terea sticks, HEETS, pods, and cartridges
  • Items without original packaging or seal
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or liquid exposure
  • Orders older than 72 hours from delivery
  • Returns based on personal preference (taste, satisfaction, change of mind)

Due to hygiene regulations, consumable items cannot be returned once sold.

4. Mandatory Approval Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team within 72 hours
  • Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Clear product images
    • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

All claims are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

Any return sent without prior approval will be rejected and returned to sender.

5. Return Shipping Policy

  • Verified defective or incorrect items: Free return or replacement
  • All other approved cases: Customer bears return shipping cost

We are not responsible for courier-related delays or damages after dispatch.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after product inspection
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method only

Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Shipping charges, transaction fees, and service charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrect items and depend on stock availability.

No exchange is allowed for opened or consumable products.
